Jonathan represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation in real estate, professional liability, and commercial disputes. Before joining Goodman Law Corporation, he represented homeowners in lending, foreclosure, and nondisclosure matters. He has also represented individuals, businesses, and public entities in personal injury, construction, and premises liability cases. Jonathan also enjoys appellate advocacy, contributing to favorable published opinions on behalf of appellants in Ponce v. Wells Fargo Bank (2018) 5 Cal.App.5th 253, and Rossetta v. CitiMortgage, Inc. (2017) 18 Cal.App.5th 628.
Professional and Civic Engagement
He is a member of both Sacramento County Bar Association and the Wiley M. Manuel Bar Association (Sacramento, California).
Jonathan received his Juris Doctor from University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, Jonathan was a member of the Moot Court Board and advanced to the western region semifinals with his team in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Previously, he graduated from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communication Studies. He has also completed an intensive Japanese language program at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
